問題來了，我不知道scribe是[寫]的意思怎么辦？我們這么處理：
根據(jù)聲音變化法則：scribe=scratch=刮擦的意思。刮擦不就是用筆不斷在在紙上面和紙進(jìn)行摩擦刮擦嗎？（這個(gè)詞源解釋肯定是沒問題的），在紙上面刮擦是干嘛？寫字，寫啊。
于是，你發(fā)現(xiàn)有意思的東西了嗎？write和scratch之間貌似有點(diǎn)關(guān)系：因?yàn)閟cra連起來發(fā)音的時(shí)候幾乎等同于write中wr的發(fā)音，而元音變化可忽略，所以a=i,ted的發(fā)音幾乎等同于tch，所以是scratch=write=scribe=寫，你還別不信：scribe的意思是：抄寫員；作家；劃線器。
所以，describe就是往下描述，描繪的意思。
